1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Any defects or discrepancies in the garment must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition, with all tags attached.
- In the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
2. Replacement Process
- Customers must notify us of any issues within the 7-day window by contacting us at [email protected].
- After receiving your report, we will arrange for a pickup of the item for review.
- After the review is completed, a credit note or a replacement for the same item will be issued within 7 working days.
3. Urgent Replacements
If you need the same garment urgently, you can place a new order for the item, subject to availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Goods once sold are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or discrepancies as mentioned above.
5. Packaging Issues & Logistic Recommendations
- Upon receiving your package, please check its condition and weight in the presence of the delivery personnel.
- If the package appears tampered or there is a mismatch in weight, do not accept the goods. Notify both us and the logistic company immediately by email, including relevant photographs as evidence.
- Tirupur Knitwears Exports Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.
6. Refund
If any Refund requests will be verified by the HO Accounts Department and credited within 3 working days.
7. Important Notes
- Replacements will only be provided for the same article and design.
- No replacements will be accepted after the 7-day period from the date of receipt.
